2 tbsp oil
400g chicken, diced
1 Kohinoor Punjabi Karahi Cooking Sauce
Fresh coriander, to serve
- Heat the oil in a saucepan
- Add the chicken and fry
- When the chicken is browned on the outside, add the Kohinoor Cooking Sauce
- Add a lid and simmer for 10 minutes
- Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve
